We only accept waste we are legally permitted to transport and dispose of. Please tell us the type and rough quantity before booking.

How booking works
Your booking is confirmed once the date, service, addresses and price have been agreed.
Please have items packed, labelled and ready to move unless you’ve booked packing. Let us know about fragile, valuable or unusually heavy items before the day.
We don’t transport dangerous, illegal or prohibited items.
When a price can change
Every job gets a clear quotation before work begins. The price may change if you:
- Add items or services
- Change the collection or delivery addresses
- Need additional stops
- Gave inaccurate or incomplete information
- Need extra waiting time
- Have difficult access, unsuitable parking or long carrying distances
- Ask for work outside the agreed service
Nothing is added without explanation, and wherever possible we confirm any revised price before carrying on.
Parking and permits
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable parking or permits unless agreed with us in advance. Parking fines or charges caused by unavailable or unsuitable parking may be added to the final invoice.
Where we cover
We're based in West London and cover all of London and the surrounding areas. Travel within West London is included. A small supplement applies elsewhere in London, and mileage outside it.
